Abstract

  The objectives of this study about the opinions of teachers to administrators in accordance with principles of the Brahmarihara 4 of Secondary schools in Latkrabang district Bangkok are 1) to study the level of opinions of teachers to administrators in accordance with principles of the Brahamaihara4 of Secondary school in Latkrabang district Bangkok. 2) to compare the level of opinions of teachers to administrators in accordance with principles of the Brahamaihara4 of Secondary school in Latkrabang district Bangkok that are classified by sex, age, position and experience. 3) to advise the development to the administrators in accordance with principles of the Brahamaihara4 of Secondary school in Latkrabang district Bangkok and the samples in this research are 165 teachers in Secondary school in Latkrabang district Bangkok .These data are analysed by the methods of Frequency, Mean,(t-test) and on way ANOVA.

The result of the study
The opinions of the teachers to administrators in accordance with principles of the Brahamaihara 4 of Secondary school in Latkrabang district Bangkok are in high level from many aspects of this research. These data are ordered from the highest to the least following this the first one is Mudita, rejoicing with others in their happiness and prosperity. The second one is Metha, wishing the others happy.The third one is (Karuna) compassion, helping the others from the suffering and the last one is Upekkha (the equanimity).      
The result of comparison of the opinions of teachers to administrators in accordance with principles of the Brahamaihara 4 of Secondary school in Latkrabang district Bangkok are classified by age, education, work experience. This study found that the teachers who have different sex, age, and work experience, don’t have different opinions to administrators. But the others who have different level of education have different opinions to administrators about 0.05 from statistics.
All problems and obstacles are the partiality of the administrators to close subordinates. The administrators don’t realize the actual problem. The solution for this problem is the administrators should open their minds to listen the opinions from subordinates sincerely and give the opportunity to subordinates to talk about the problem.
